We are aware, though, that there can be times when you’re not happy with what you bought. Our expedited return procedure is intended to promptly resolve your concerns in such circumstances.s related to refunds and returns.

Return Eligibility

A product must be returned in the same condition that you received it: unopened, unused, and in its original, undamaged packaging.

Within a window of fifteen days from the date of delivery, returns are accepted. Unfortunately, beyond this time, we are unable to handle returns.

Refund

We’ll email you to let you know the status of your return after we receive and review it, including whether it was accepted or denied.

If accepted, we’ll handle the refund right away, and depending on the policies of your payment provider, the money should appear in your original payment method in a few days.

If your return is rejected, our staff will explain why and offer recommendations for what to do next.

Shipping

Return shipping costs are not refundable and are the customer’s responsibility.

To make sure your return gets to us, we suggest utilizing a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.

Exceptions

Please notify us as soon as possible within 48 hours of delivery if you receive an item that is broken or defective. After reviewing the circumstances, we’ll decide whether to replace the merchandise or give a refund.

Note that anything bought during a sale or at a discount is final and cannot be returned or refunded.
